Rename files in numberic order

refi is program to help you rename files in numberic order, written in Rust.
It was previously named as img-renamer.
All versions >= 3.0.0 are for refi, below 3.0.0 are for img-renamer.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
